Toshiba to begin mass production of 40N-channel power MSOFETs for automotive application
New MOSFETs with double-sided cooling package deliver improved heat dissipation
Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation will start mass production and shipments of its “TPWR7904PB” and “TPW1R104PB”, 40V N-channel power MOSFETs (metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor) for automotive applications this month, according to a company press release on 31 July.
