Motherson Sumi completes acquisition of Reydel Automotive
Acquisition to strengthen Motherson Sumi’s automotive interior product portfolio
Motherson Sumi Systems Limited (MSSL), a flagship company of India-based Samvardhana Matherson Group (SMG), through its step down subsidiary Samvardhana Matherson Automotive Systems Group B.V. (SMRP BV) has completed the previously announced acquisition of interior components and modules manufacturer Reydel Automotive Group, the Indian supplier said in a regulatory filing on 3 August.
