OmniAir develops cybersecurity test specifications for DSRC-based devices
Consortium established a ‘Cybersecurity Working Group’ to incorporate additional cybersecurity testing into its existing DSRC- V2X certification program
OmniAir Consortium is developing cybersecurity test specifications for DSRC (dedicated short-range communication)-based connected vehicle devices, the association said in a press release on 1 August. In January this year, OmniAir established a ‘Cybersecurity Working Group’ with a goal to incorporate additional cybersecurity testing into its existing DSRC-based vehicle-to-everything (V2X) certification program.
