Schaeffler enters agreement to form JV with drive-by-wire specialist Paravan
JV will acquire Paravan’s Space Drive drive-by-wire technology and Mover activities from Schaeffler
Schaeffler has entered a strategic agreement with Paravan GmbH to form a joint-venture (JV) company called Schaeffler Paravan Technologie, the company said in a press release on 6 August. Schaeffler will own 90% in Schaeffler Paravan Technologie while the remaining 10% will be with Paravan.
