Pirelli, Hixih Group to form new tire production JV in China
Italian tire-maker to acquire 49% of new tire plant in china
Pirelli has reached an agreement with China's Hixih Group for the creation of a joint venture (JV), to be named Jining Shenzhou Tyre Co., in China for production of consumer tires, according to a company press release on 1 August.
