Expects sales of about EUR45 billion for the full year

German supplier Continental on Wednesday (22 August) lowered its sales and profit margin forecast for fiscal year 2018 citing weak car sales in Europe and China, higher costs for developing hybrid and electric car technologies, and warranty claims as the main reasons.
