Toyoda Gosei to change corporate form of Chinese regional headquarters to a holding company
Company’s name will be changed from Toyoda Gosei (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. to Toyoda Gosei (China) Investment Co., Ltd.
Japan-based Toyoda Gosei plans to change the corporate form of its Chinese regional headquarters Toyoda Gosei (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. from a management company to a holding company, the company announced in a press release on 24 August.
