Getaround launches car-sharing service in US city Miami
Company’s peer-to-peer car-sharing service allows car owners to rent out their vehicles and charge by hour or day
Getaround has launched its peer-to-peer car-sharing service in Miami, Florida (United States), the company said in a press release on 30 August. With the launch of the service, car owners in Miami can start renting out their vehicles to earn money by listing their car on Getaround’s platform. The service will also enable residents and visitors of Miami to rent nearby cars without even meeting the vehicle owner to exchange keys or waiting in line at a rental car company.
