Nidec completes acquisition of gearbox manufacturer MS-Graessner
Acquisition is through Germany-based affiliate of Nidec’s subsidiary, Nidec-Shimpo GmbH
Japan-based Nidec has completed the acquisition of 100% stake in German gearbox manufacturer MS-Graessner, the company announced in a press release on 3 September.
