ArcelorMittal submits revised bid to acquire Essar Steel
Revised offer also includes commitment to pay the entire amount due to the financial creditors of Uttam Galva and KSS Petron
ArcelorMittal confirmed on Tuesday (11 September) that it has submitted a revised proposal to Essar Steel India Limited’s (ESIL) committee of creditors for the acquisition of ESIL, the Luxemburg-based steel maker said in a press release yesterday.
