JV will develop technologies to achieve safe and secure automated and connected vehicles

Denso has reached an agreement with NRI Secure Technologies to establish a joint venture (JV) to detect and diagnose the security risks of in-vehicle electronics products, the Japanese supplier said in a press release today (27 September). The JV company, named NDIAS Ltd, will develop technologies to achieve safe and secure automated and connected vehicles. NDIAS will be equally owned by the two partners and is scheduled to formally start operations this December.
