Sirius XM’s Automatic acquires PayTollo to expand connected vehicle services
Acquisition strengthens Automatic’s presence in connected vehicle solution business
Automatic Labs, a subsidiary of SiriusXM, has acquired PayTollo, a mobile payment platform for toll roads and bridges, the US-based company said in a press release on 11 October. PayTollo’s platform is used by drivers on roads in Florida and California, United States, for seamless toll payments.
