Alliance Ventures leads Series A funding in mobility data platform start-up Coord

Coord will use the fund to scale geographic coverage and build comprehensive solution that will enable its enterprise customers to optimize their use of transportation infrastructure

Alliance Ventures, the corporate venture capital fund of Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, has led Series A funding at Coord, a US-based start-up specializing data platform for mobility market, the alliance said in a press release on 11 October. Coord raised USD5 million from the financing round, which was participated by Trucks, Urban.Us, DB Digital Ventures and Joshua Schachter. Alphabet’s Sidewalk Labs is also an investor in Coord.
