Acquisition expands Oerlikon Balzers’ automotive surface treatment portfolio
Oerlikon, a Switzerland-based provider of surface solutions, has acquired Germany-based Härterei Dipl.- Ing. Peter Eicker KG (Eicker), a heat treatment solutions supplier for the automotive industry, according to an Oerlikon press release on 10 October.
