SolarEdge to acquire South Korean battery maker Kokam
To acquire approximately 75% equity shares of Kokam for around USD88 million
US-based SolarEdge Technologies has entered a definitive agreement to acquire a major stake in South Korean battery producer Kokam, the company announced in a press release on 11 October.
