BASF plans to set up battery materials plant in Finland
Company partners with NorNickel for supply of battery materials
BASF has decided to set up its first European battery material plant in Harjavalta, Finland, the company announced in a press release on 22 October. The plant is expected to start production in 2020 and cater to approximately 300,000 full electric vehicles per year.
