Company plans to invest JPY16.2 billion (USD144.8 million) for establishing the plant
Toshiba plans to build a new production facility for its “SCiB” lithium-ion battery at Yokohama complex in Kanagawa prefecture, Japan, the company announced in a press release on 16 October.
