Continental to acquire vehicle antenna supplier Kathrein Automotive

Continental has signed a definitive purchase agreement with Kathrein SE to acquire its wholly owned subsidiary Kathrein Automotive, a major supplier of in vehicle antenna solutions, the German automotive supplier said in a press release on 29 October.
