Alliance Ventures invests in urban mobility app Transit JLR’s InMotion Ventures also participates in the latest funding round at Canadian start-up, which specializes in multi-modal transportation smartphone app
Alliance Ventures, the corporate venture capital unit of Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, has invested in Transit, a Canada-based start-up specializing in multi-modal transportation mobile app, the alliance said in a press release on 5 November. Transit raised USD17.5 million in its Series B financing round. Apart from Alliance Ventures, InMotion Ventures, the venture capital unit of Jaguar Land Rover, as well as Transit’s existing investors Accel Partners and Real Ventures also participated in the latest funding round.
