Alpine Electronics’ H1 net income more than doubles y/y to USD43.7 million
Japanese supplier reaffirms financial guidance for FY 2018/19
Alpine Electronics’ net income more than doubled to JPY4.98 billion (USD43.7 million) in the first half ended 30 September 2018, the Japan-based automotive electronics company said in a press release last week. The company’s operating income also doubled to JPY7.62 billion. Alpine Electronics recorded strong earnings growth in the first half of FY2018/19, driven by 16.5% year-over-year (y/y) increase in net sales to JPY147.2 billion.
