Johnson Control to sell Power Solution Business for USD13.2 billion
With the sale, JCI completely exits the automotive business
Johnson Controls International (JCI) has entered a definitive agreement to sell its Power Solution business to Brookfield Business Partners for USD13.2 billion, the company announced in a press release on 13 November.
