Spain mulls banning petrol, diesel and hybrid cars by 2040
Proposal expected to be presented in parliament by end of the year
Spain is mulling to propose a ban on petrol, diesel and even hybrid cars across the country from 2040 onwards, Reuters reported on 13 November.
