Toyo Tire, Mitsubishi Corporation enter capital and business alliance
Japanese tire-maker will change its corporate name to Toyo Corporation effective 1 January 2019
Toyo Tire & Rubber has entered capital and business alliance with Mitsubishi Corporation, the Japan-based tire-maker said in a press release earlier this month. Under the agreement, the Japanese tire-maker will issue new shares to Mitsubishi through third party allotment.
