Company to supply chip that combines CMOS, image sensors, and SPAD on the same chip for LeddarTech’s automotive lidar solutions
TowerJazz, an Israel-based chip maker, has won a contract to supply its 0.18um CMOS Image Sensor (CIS) SPAD (single-photon avalanche diode) process for LeddarTech’s automotive lidar solutions, TowerJazz announced in a press release earlier this month.
