Alpine, Alps Electric planned merger receives shareholders’ approval
Merged company to be named Alps Alpine
The merger of two Japanese suppliers, Alpine Electronics and Alps Electric, received approval at Alpine's extraordinary shareholders' meeting on 5 December, according to a press release by Alpine.
