Getaround launches peer-to-peer car-sharing service in US city Denver
Company expands presence to 90 cities in US
Getaround has launched its car-sharing service in Denver, Colorado (United States), the company said in a press release on 6 December. The company’s peer-to-peer car-sharing platform will allow residents in Denver, who need car to move across the town or for a trip to the mountain, to rent car in their neighborhood. The platform will also help car owners, who want to reduce financial burden of their car ownership and earn some money on their investment, by listing and sharing their cars on the Getaround marketplace.
