Deal to expand PPG’s range of product offerings, R&D capabilities and global presence
US-based coatings, paints and materials producer PPG has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Whitford Worldwide Company, a global manufacturer of coatings for diverse applications including automotive, according to a company press release on 14 December.
