Brose, AUNDE establish JV for complete car seats
JV expected to start operations in beginning of 2019
Brose and AUNDE have agreed to combine their core competencies to establish a 50:50 joint venture (JV) to develop, assemble and supply complete seats for passenger cars, Brose said in a press release on 18 December.
