Company expects to begin mass production of new steering system in August next year

China Automotive Systems, a manufacturer of power steering components and systems, has begun a development program for a new recirculating-ball steering (RCB) steering system (i-RCB Program) in tandem with Chrysler's autonomous vehicle product development, the China-based supplier said in a press release on 19 December.
