Dakkota Integrated Systems sells automotive lighting business to Eypex
Divestiture is part of a planned realignment of Dakkota’s product offerings
Automotive interior parts supplier Dakkota Integrated Systems has sold its automotive lighting and injection molding operations to US-based Eypex Corp, a company specializing in magnetic fasteners, latching systems and sensor magnets. As part of the deal, Dakkota will become a customer of Eypex. The company did not disclose the financial terms of the deal.
