Molex completes acquisition of Laird’s Connected Vehicle Solutions business
Acquisition expands Molex’s capability to develop advanced connected vehicle technologies
Molex Electronic Technologies has completed the previously announced acquisition of Liard Limited’s Connected Vehicle Solutions (CVS) business, the company said in a press release on 21 December. The acquired business specializes in design, development and delivery of vehicle antenna systems, smart device integration and vehicle connectivity devices. The acquisition expands Molex capability to develop advanced connected vehicle technologies integrating its 10Gbps Automotive Ethernet Network Platform and other connected mobility solutions.
