Danfoss to acquire all outstanding common shares of UQM for USD1.71 per share in an all-cash transaction
Danfoss Power Solution has signed a definitive agreement to UQM Technologies for USD100 million, including the assumption of UQM’s debt, UQM announced in a press release on 21 January.
