Mitsubishi Electric develops ‘Smart Notifications’ and ‘Natural Navigation’ solutions for safer and more convenient driving
Japanese supplier uses its proprietary Maisart artificial-intelligence technologies to deliver more effective solutions
Mitsubishi Electric has developed “Smart Notifications” and “Natural Navigation” technologies to provide drivers with safer and convenient driving experience, the company said in a press release on 22 January. The Smart Notification technology combines Mitsubishi Electric’s Maisart image-recognition technology and information from on-board video cameras to detect other cars, humans and other moving objects, located outside of the driver's line of sight.
