Visa and SiriusXM collaborate on in-vehicle payment solution

Companies developing ‘SiriusXM e-Wallet’ that will allow driver and passengers to make seamless in-vehicle online transaction

SiriusXM Connected Vehicle Services, a subsidiary of SiriusXM, has entered a partnered with Visa to launch a new in-vehicle payment system, SiriusXM said in a press release earlier this month. The two partners are working on “SiriusXM e-Wallet”, which will be integrated into the dashboard. The solution will allow drivers and their passengers to purchase and make payment for goods such as coffee, find and pre-pay for fuel, locate and pay for parking, buy movie tickets and pay tolls.
