Volkswagen (VW) incorporates battery business into components division
Group to invest EUR3.8 billion in the production of e-mobility components by 2023
Volkswagen has announced that it has incorporated the battery business into its components division. According to a company press release on 25 January, Components Division has assumed end-to-end responsibility for the battery – from the development of cell production competence through to recycling.
