JV will leverage the two companies’ strength in new energy fleet operation and artificial intelligence (AI) mobility solutions to develop connected car solution

Didi Chuxing has established a joint-venture (JV) with Beijing Electric Vehicle (BJEV), the new energy vehicle (NEV) subsidiary of Chinese automaker BAIC, Didi Chuxing said in a press release on 28 January. The JV, BAIC-Xiaoju New Energy Auto Technology (JingJu), will leverage the two partners’ strengths in new energy fleet operation and artificial intelligence (AI) mobility solutions to develop next-generation connected car system.
