Toyota sets up new company KINTO to manage vehicle subscription service
Automaker will initially offer two subscription services in Japan
Toyota has established a new company to manage and operate vehicle subscription program and other services in Japan, the automaker said in a press release today. The new company, KINTO Co. Ltd., will be owned 66.6% by Toyota Financial Services and 33.4% by Sumitomo Mitsui Auto Service Company.
