Tenneco's new aftermarket and ride performance company to be called DRiV
Tenneco expects spin off to be completed in the second half of this year
Tenneco has announced that its new aftermarket and ride performance company will be called DRiV Incorporated. According to a company’s press release on 14 February, DRiV will be launched in the second half of 2019 once Tenneco’s separation into two companies is completed. The new company, with corporate headquarters in greater Chicago area in the United States, will be the one of the largest global multi-line, multi-brand aftermarket suppliers and one of the leading suppliers of ride performance for both original equipment (OE) market and aftermarkets, said Tenneco.
