Weather Telematics introduces ‘Predictiv RC’ micro-scale road conditions platform
The platform can predict road conditions six hours in advance, with more than 90% accuracy
Weather Telematics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Canada-based Internet of Things Inc. (IOT), has introduced an advanced road conditions platform ‘Predictiv RC’ to enable safer mobility, IOT said in a press release on 13 February. The new platform accurately assesses and manages risks associated with driving in poor road weather conditions. It delivers micro-scale mapping resolution, ranging from 500 meters to below 200 meters.
