Minda Industries' board approves merger with Harita Seating Systems
Deal to offer product, customer and sales channel synergies to MIL
Auto components maker Minda Industries Limited (MIL), the flagship company of Uno Minda, has informed that its board has approved the merger with Harita Seating Systems Limited (HSSL) in a share swap deal, according to a regulatory filing on 15 February.
