The Indian automaker is developing a dedicated EV platform for passenger vehicles

Tata Motors is exploring partnerships to deliver mobility-as-a-service (MaaS) in the electromobility business, Press Trust of India (PTI) reported on 19 February citing Shailesh Chandra, president of electric mobility business and corporate strategy at the automaker. According to the report, the Indian automaker is currently developing a dedicated electric vehicle (EV) platform for passenger vehicles. In addition, the company is working collaboratively on various electric and hybrid solutions in the commercial vehicle segment.
