Germany's KIT plans to set up ‘Transformation Hub Electric Mobility’ for auto component SMEs
Hub is being funded by the state of Baden-Württemberg
Germany-based Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) is planning to establish “Transformation Hub Electric Mobility” to help specialized engineering companies in Germany use competencies relating to the combustion engine for manufacturing of electric vehicles (EV), the institute announced in a press release on late last month.
