Continental Powertrain Division to operate under ‘Vitesco Technologies’
German supplier is on track to launch partial IPO of Vitesco in the second half of this year
Continental has announced that its spin-off Powertrain Division will operate and trade under ‘Vitesco Technologies, according to a company’s press release last week. The new company will develop, produce and sell systems and solutions for conventional and electrified drives for the global automotive industry. Vitesco is gearing up for a partial initial public offering (IPO) in the second half of 2019.
