Acquisition to increase MCIE’s revenues and profits in India, diversify customer base
Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd. (MCIE), a subsidiary of CIE Automotive, announced that the board of directors of the company has approved the acquisition of India-based manufacture of aluminum injection components Aurangabad Electricals Limited, the two companies said in separate press releases on 12 March
