Arkansas set to become 30th state in US to allow testing of self-driving vehicles on its roads

Last week, the US state of Arkansas approved a bill that will allow testing self-driving vehicles on its roads, The Associated Press (AP) reported on 12 March. The bill, sponsored by Republican Senator Mathew Pitsch, was approved by 25-7, with three not participating. It will now be sent to Governor Asa Hutchinson for signing the bill. A spokesman for Governor Hutchinson said he would sign the bill.
