TomTom shareholders approve sale of Telematics business to Bridgestone
Dutch supplier also get approval for the distribution of the majority of the net proceeds from the deal to shareholders
In an extraordinary general meeting held on Monday (18 March), TomTom’s shareholders voted in favor of the previously announced sale of its Telematics business to Bridgestone Europe, the Netherlands-based supplier said in a press release.
