Toyota, Suzuki expand scope of strategic cooperation
Companies intend to grow in new fields, including greater deployment of EVs, through the expanded cooperation
Toyota and Suzuki have agreed to further expand the scope of their strategic cooperation, the two automakers announced in a joint press release on 20 March. Apart from bringing together Toyota’s expertise in vehicle electrification and Suzuki’s strengths in technologies for compact vehicles, the expanded cooperation intends to grow in new fields including in greater deployment of electrified vehicles (EV).
