Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company has informed that the company has approved plans to modernize tire plants in Hanau and Fulda, Germany, over the coming two to three years to increase capacities for larger rim-diameter consumer tires, according to an 8K filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on 18 March
