Goodyear plans to modernize two plants in Germany, cut around 1,100 jobs
Modernization expected to improve the EMEA segment’s operating income by USD60 million to USD70 million on an annualized basis over a three-year period beginning in 2020
Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company has informed that the company has approved plans to modernize tire plants in Hanau and Fulda, Germany, over the coming two to three years to increase capacities for larger rim-diameter consumer tires, according to an 8K filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on 18 March
