Getaround launches car-sharing service in US city Atlanta
With the latest expansion Getaround is now operating in over 100 US cities
Getaround has launched its peer-to-peer car-sharing service in Atlanta, Georgia (United States), the company said in a press release on 28 March. The company’s car-sharing platform will allow residents in Atlanta, who need a car for a trip to Lake Lanier or to move across the city, to rent one in their neighborhood. The platform will also help car owners, who want to reduce the financial burden of their car ownership and earn some money on their investment, by listing and sharing their cars on the Getaround marketplace.
