PSA tests Level 3 autonomous driving on open roads in France
French automaker will share the project feedback with other partners to fine-tune the necessary systems and establish a code of good practice
PSA has started testing SAE Level 3 autonomous driving functions on open roads in France as part of the ‘European L3Pilot’ project beginning this month, the company said in a press release on 3 April. According to the French automaker, six to eight group vehicles will undergo intensive driving tests during the duration of the project to validate autonomous driving functions on roads.
